Tea Is Therapy: A Mindful Method with Any Drink

  Drinking Tea can be a form of mindfulness, and it's not just tea it can be other drinks like juice, coffee, or soda you name it. It is the method I use that undoubtedly clears the mind and enforces you to relax and slow down to be mindful and present at the moment.   It puts the mind at ease from negative emotions or feelings and thoughts which helps a deductionist to be objective or if not a deductionist you can use it as a method or however you like. Hence, why I would say the phrase ''Tea is therapy". Okay that's for the intro now let me share with you how it is done and you will understand why I call tea a therapy. And if you are curious why not give it a try? The act of drinking itself is not being mindful but rather a method of approach, it's a way of drinking.
