Data Framework of Deductions

Image
The  Data Framework of Deduction  is a model that enables observation to identify 'the ways and what to look for’ to find different types of data to diversify your deductions. This model helps make observations more organized. It works like a checklist, so you know what to look for and can draw conclusions from it. This framework presents 9 details you can look for to expand your deductions:   To use the Data Framework of Deduction, follow these steps: 1. When u found the subject/person you want to observe. 2. In your head review the The 9 details of the framework such as Time, Spatial, and contextual details etc. 3. As you observe, look for information that from each of the details listed in the Framework to gather clues to deduce. 4. Draw your conclusions based on the data gathered across all points. And do the best Sherlocky deductions you can make. 1)T IME : ‘ When’ and ‘how long’ a subject of observation takes place. Points of interest: 1. Age:   How old is the ...

Deducing People in Person

Image
To be able to deduce people in person You will first need to observe their appearance and attire for clues to deduce. 1. The first step in this process is a system of observation when it comes to observing a person. That system is an observation from head-to-toe. Head  ---Appearance of hair and head adornments. Face ---clues appear on the face like scars, appearance of face or facial  accessories  Arms  1. Hands --- Observe them for recent activities. They show activities, hobbies, and handshakes that might help to get some insights. Even their hand accessories could give some insights Examples: stains of pen ink on the hand, calluses from using a guitar, or from heavy lifting. 2. Even The forearms to shoulders also could give some insights. Like a tattoo, sleeves, or a folded cuff from a barber bc the job requires active use of arms Torso --Their attire, like jackets, creases, stains, and their physique could tell if they are athletic or active in the gym. ...

Understanding Body Language signals

Image
To distinguish and understand whether a gesture is a pacifier or a gravity-defying behavior, or whether a gesture is negative or positive.  In my own words, there is a way to understand that:  1-Close (as an inward gesture)             And 2-Open (as an outward gesture) 1. Close Gestures are mostly negative and pacifiers which means they respond to negative feelings, discomfort, or negative stimuli. Example: A person feeling tension puts his hands on his forehead. Here the gesture is inward meaning towards himself which is the hand against his forehead, a gesture towards oneself you identify it as a closed gesture and you will know it is a negative or pacifying gesture. 2. Open Gestures are mostly positive and can be a gravity-defying behavior Which means they respond to positive feelings, comfort, and positive stimuli. Example: When a person is happy to see someone they like he will spread his arms wide to hug. Here the gesture is outward whi...

Tea Is Therapy: A Mindful Method with Any Drink

Image
Drinking Tea can be a form of mindfulness, and it's not just tea it can be other drinks like juice, coffee, or soda you name it. It is the method I use that undoubtedly clears the mind and enforces you to relax and slow down to be mindful and present at the moment.   It puts the mind at ease from negative emotions or feelings and thoughts which helps a deductionist to be objective or if not a deductionist you can use it as a method or however you like. Hence, why I would say the phrase ''Tea is therapy". Okay that's for the intro now let me share with you how it is done and you will understand why I call tea a therapy. And if you are curious why not give it a try? The act of drinking itself is not being mindful but rather a method of approach, it's a way of drinking. I will explain how I do it myself as an example.  Grab a Drink and find yourself a chair to sit on and with table to place your drink. I prefer tea because of its benefits and because it promotes...

Observation Exercises #2

Exercise-2 Detective in Motion Summary: While sitting as a passenger by the window, set a specific goal to make your observation purposeful, such as spotting someone wearing a suit, a certain type of vehicle, or a particular object. Observe through the window to achieve this objective. If you can’t find it after some time, change your goal and continue observing. This exercise helps stay mindful, prevents boredom, and enhances focus and observational habit. STEP 1:(In a vehicle) ---Set a goal(objective) of what you want to Find: When you are in the vehicle as a passenger, and sitting at the widow's side, you could practice observing by paying attention to the scenes at the widow. But just simply paying attention is not enough and can be boring.  To avoid that we set goals of what we can find by observing. For example, I could set a goal of trying to find a person with a suit or try to find a certain car it could be anything. It  could be;-  the color of a...

Sections Of Body Language

Image
When it comes to reading body language we must understand that it can be categorized into  three sections :     Expressions, Gestures, and Position.      1)  Expressions   Expressions happen or are situated on the uppermost part of the body from the   Neck to the Face .   The neck and face regions are where expressions like gulping and facial expressions like furrowing or smiling take place.    They can be either Micro or   Macro  expressions:   Micro-expressions   Micro-expressions are the slightest sudden quick expression that takes no longer than 1/20th of a second. It's a small and quick expression, which is why they are called micro-expressions.   Macro-expressions   are the broad expressions that are obvious and by broad I mean that if a person is shocked his eyes would widen and his mouth would open and he might say "What!''.  Macro expressions are not quick and sudden but they are obvi...
