Observation Exercises #2

Exercise-2 Detective in Motion

Summary:

While sitting as a passenger by the window, set a specific goal to make your observation purposeful, such as spotting someone wearing a suit, a certain type of vehicle, or a particular object. Observe through the window to achieve this objective. If you can’t find it after some time, change your goal and continue observing. This exercise helps stay mindful, prevents boredom, and enhances focus and observational habit.

STEP 1:(In a vehicle)

---Set a goal(objective) of what you want to Find:

When you are in the vehicle as a passenger, and sitting at the widow's side, you could practice observing by paying attention to the scenes at the widow. But just simply paying attention is not enough and can be boring.

To avoid that we set goals of what we can find by observing. For example, I could set a goal of trying to find a person with a suit or try to find a certain car it could be anything.

It could be;-  the color of a dress, type of dress, type of vehicle, any attire, an object etc

STEP 2:

---Observe:

After having an objective in mind you can observe at the window to find it. If you can't find it for some time you can set another objective and observe.

Just like that, this is another simple exercise you can do when you are in a vehicle to prevent your attention from wandering, keeping you mindful and alert.

--There is yet to be uncovered in the Art of Observation---

So stay tuned and keep observing🕵
