Inspired by Sherlock's science of deduction site from the BBC series I decided to put on the hat and share my knowledge the same way to help individuals interested deduction, reading people and more.

About Mindfulness : Mindfulness is a mindset or state of mind as i would like to call that revolves around the concept of '' Self Awareness ' ' i.e. knowing one's self, ones own thoughts, feelings, emotions, purpose, strengths ,weaknesses, the list goes on.  Its knowing:  'Where you are', ''When you are'', and  'Who you are'. in relation to the world around you at any given moment. This  introspection sense of understanding and knowing who you are would allow clarity for thought and singularity of purpose, being bagged down by cares, worries and self-doubt clouds the mind and robs you from your limited attention.   Body Language   also known as nonverbal language,  is an unspoken language we all exhibit  to express our emotions, thoughts, and intentions through physical behavior. It is the language that we use throughout our lives, other than speaking. It is our facial expressions and body reactions when we respond  to something, like smiling and our hands to hug when we see our favorite person.   Knowing body language means understanding that our face and body also communicate.   To see beyond words.   Why is body language important?   1.
