They are very informative and are helpful for practicing nonverbal reading.

  Body Language   also known as nonverbal language,  is an unspoken language we all exhibit  to express our emotions, thoughts, and intentions through physical behavior. It is the language that we use throughout our lives, other than speaking. It is our facial expressions and body reactions when we respond  to something, like smiling and our hands to hug when we see our favorite person.   Knowing body language means understanding that our face and body also communicate.   To see beyond words.   Why is body language important?   1.
