  Exercise-2 Detective in Motion Summary: While sitting as a passenger by the window, set a specific goal to make your observation purposeful, such as spotting someone wearing a suit, a certain type of vehicle, or a particular object. Observe through the window to achieve this objective. If you can’t find it after some time, change your goal and continue observing. This exercise helps stay mindful, prevents boredom, and enhances focus and observational habit. STEP 1:(In a vehicle) ---Set a goal(objective) of what you want to Find: When you are in the vehicle as a passenger, and sitting at the widow's side, you could practice observing by paying attention to the scenes at the widow. But just simply paying attention is not enough and can be boring.  To avoid that we set goals of what we can find by observing. Sections Of Body Language

When it comes to reading body language we must understand that it can be categorized into  three sections :     Expressions, Gestures, and Position.      1)  Expressions   Expressions happen or are situated on the uppermost part of the body from the   Neck to the Face .   The neck and face regions are where expressions like gulping and facial expressions like furrowing or smiling take place.    They can be either Micro or   Macro  expressions:   Micro-expressions   Micro-expressions are the slightest sudden quick expression that takes no longer than 1/20th of a second.   Body Language   also known as nonverbal language,  is an unspoken language we all exhibit  to express our emotions, thoughts, and intentions through physical behavior. It is the language that we use throughout our lives, other than speaking. It is our facial expressions and body reactions when we respond  to something, like smiling and our hands to hug when we see our favorite person.   Knowing body language means understanding that our face and body also communicate.   To see beyond words.   Why is body language important?   1.
